CARING FOR YOUR EnA JEWELRY:
EnA Fine Jewelry uses pure sterling silver, without any coatings or unnatural chemicals. To clean your sterling silver jewelry, we recommend using a mild paste wax such as Wright’s silver polish. After following the manufacturer’s instructions, rinse the piece, wash with a mild dish detergent and rinse again. Finally, pat the piece dry after cleaning to avoid spotting. Please DO NOT use a polishing cloth on any of the items with a matte or brushed finish as that will remove the finish. A polishing cloth is suitable for only the highly polished sterling silver pieces.NEVER use any kind of polish or tarnish remover on oxidized (blackened) sterling silver as it will remove the oxidized finish. The oxidized pieces require only a light washing with mild dish soap to periodically remove any fingerprints or oily residue from wear. You can care for your gold jewelry in the same manner. Avoid contact with household bleach as that will cause discoloration and damage to both metals. Store your jewelry pieces in separate boxes or pouches to avoid scratching and always put your jewelry on after applying cosmetics, hairspray and perfume.
CUSTOM / SPECIAL ORDER:
EnA Fine Jewelry is happy to create a one-of-a-kind piece or modification to a stock item. Once an order is placed, EnA will procure a quote. If the customer desires to commence production, payment in full is required before the order is fabricated. Returns are not allowed on special order items. Please note that custom orders typically take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.
The standard EnA ring size is 6 but rings can be ordered in any size. Bracelets and necklaces can be lengthened or shortened upon request. Pendants can be ordered with: 1.1mm sterling silver, oxidized silver or 18k gold chains in a variety of lengths, 2.2mm sterling silver, oxidized silver or 18k gold chains in a variety of lengths, 18” silk cord with sterling silver findings, and 16” adjustable suede cords in a variety of colors.
Most EnA Fine Jewelry can be ordered in multiple metals including 18k yellow gold, bright sterling silver, oxidized sterling silver and a combination. EnA Fine Jewelry is happy to customize a stock item. Pricing requests may be sent to inquiries@ElementsandAlloys.com.
REPAIR POLICY:
EnA Fine Jewelry is pleased to repair any of our own merchandise. Our policy covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects. Within the first 120 days of purchase, repairs are free of charge. However, products which have been modified, adjusted, repaired, refinished or altered in any way by a third party jeweler will void the free repair warranty. EnA Fine Jewelry will also gladly repair an item at any time after purchase. An EnA goldsmith will inspect the piece to determine the cost and scope of the repair. The customer must agree to the charge and authorize the work prior to commencement of the repair. No deposit is necessary for repairs.Not covered under manufacturing defects: lost items, accidental damage, negligence or unauthorized service, semi-precious or precious gemstones.
The length of time varies depending upon the complexity of the project. The average time needed to complete a repair is 3 – 4 weeks.
